My Career+ Coaching blends design thinking, emotional intelligence, and career strategy—an approach shaped by both my professional background and my own experience navigating life’s messy middle.

I’ve spent decades designing learning experiences that help people grow, adapt, and thrive. Along the way, I’ve also faced my own career crossroads—seasons of feeling stuck, stretched too thin, or quietly wondering, “Is this it?”

I call it Career+ Coaching because life and work aren’t neatly separated. How you feel in your job spills into your personal life—and vice versa.

A five-step process to reconnect with what lights you up

The RESET model isn’t a linear process—it’s a rhythm we return to throughout our time together. Some stages might speak to you more than others. Some you’ll circle back to more than once. That’s how real change works.
